A small group of volunteers are sorting, organising, cataloguing, and archiving Commander Michael Lawder's extensive collection of papers relating to the history of the Parish of Wrington so that they may be preserved for the future.
There appear, however, to be some documents (including maps and tracings) missing.
If anyone knows of their whereabouts, we would be delighted to hear from you. This would help us to ensure that Commander Lawder's entire collection is catalogued and stored in an archivally safe environment so that these memories of the past may be preserved for future reference and use.
